Cookie Easter Edition


Our chewy choc chip cookie has gone Easter on us with the added edition of mini chocolate eggs. Makes the perfect cookie or why not try the mega share size cookie for all the family.


You will also need: 80g Softened Butter & 1 eggs


Preheat your oven to 180C/ 350F/ Gas Mark 4
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Lightly beat together the egg and softened butter in a large bowl.

Add the contents of the jar and mix together well.

Halve the mixture and divide one half into 6 balls placing them on the baking paper and lightly press them down.
Pop in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Repeat with the other half of the mixture.

Alternatively make a share size cookie by lining a 20cm x 20cm tray and placing all the mix pressing into all the corners.
Pop in the oven for 12-15 mins.

After baking, let it cool before enjoying your tasty treats.
Makes approx. 12 chunky cookies or 1 Share size.
