You will also need: 100ml Double Cream & 100ml Lemonade (not zero sugar preferred) splash of milk.
Preheat your oven to 200C/ 390F/ Gas Mark 6
Line a baking tray.
Add the contents of the pouch to a bowl and add Double Cream and Lemonade and mix together.
Try not to over kneed the mixture.
Roll out the dough gently roughly 1.5-2 cm thick.
Use a 5cm round cutter, don’t twist when cutting.
Try not to touch the edge of the scones when placing them onto the baking tray.
Lightly brush tops of the scones with milk.
Bake for 12-14 minuets or until tops of scones turn light golden brown.
After baking, let them cool before enjoying.
