Also need – 1 tbsp sunflower oil (vegetable oil also ok) & 5 tbsp milk

Directions

In a tall mug (at least 16oz /500ml) add 5 tbsp of milk and 1 tbsp of oil.
Empty the mug cake packet into your mug and mix well.
Place in microwave for 2 min on high.
Remove from the microwave and let it cool down for a few minutes as it will be hot, test temperature before enjoying.
